My story
I co-founded The Chat Shop in 2012 while studying Business Management at Aston Business School in the UK. With no outside investment, we grew the business into one of the most reputable chat outsourcing brands. Our mission was simple: deliver the best chat experience. As a result, we became a key growth driver for our client base - so much so that we were often brought in to consult and empower in-house enterprise teams with their chat operations.
The Chat Shop closed in February 2024. Client insolvencies and rising costs made our UK/US outsourcing model unsustainable. You may see this as a failure, but my journey with The Chat Shop taught me so much. We handled millions of chats for well-known brands and were constantly finding ways to deliver a better experience.
As a result, I bring twelve years of leadership, strategy, and chat experience to solve your biggest problems.
